SOLAR is misleading acronym to title database for oil drilling permits & tax reporting!  ~  Remains Under Scrutiny  

 September 2010 one year after K-SEC founder discovered the fraudulent conveyance using SOLAR at an oil drilling conference in SE Kansas and issued an order to cease and desist; the acronym was finally changed to KOLAR.  

Interestingly, Buckley Kolar LLP  is the lawfirm based in Washington, DC that recently represented W.R. Grace in a Montana asbestos case that is considered the largest environmental white collar criminal case tried to-date.  The company was acquitted in May 2009 resting on the claim that although they knew the dangers since 1920 and did not stop, they did compensate some families of the 200 and more people that died from exposure to asbestos.

The Bremby Decision issued October 18, 2007 refusing coal plant permit reveals a strong preventative ajudication of environmental laws that will become the trend of 21st century energy commerce.  

Kansas Department of Health and Environment Secretary Bremby relied/relies on the United States Supreme Court ruling issued April 2, 2007 mandating the Environmental Protection Agency regulate green house gases under US Clean Air Act 1963.
